Extremely Burgundian in viticulture & vinification, Tarrington is an exceptionally focused producer operating with utmost diligence to both the traditions of fine Burgundy and to sustainable agriculture.
The much-adored vineyard & label is Dianne Nagorcka's meticulous project in partnership with her brother John and his wife Jennifer. Red loam soil with granite clay substructure. Vine density ranges, but is 5,000 vines/ha on average. In line with the policultural farming principals of biodynamics, a passionate approach to massale selection has been applied with nine clones of Pinot Noir among the 2ha planted.
